El chef Gilmer Bautista con mas de 20 años trabajando con la chef y empresaria Marisa Guiulfo. Donde allí adquirió experiencia y conocimiento de la comida exótica del perú. El chef Gilmer participo en numerosos festivales y recorrió diferentes países deleitando a la gente con la gastronomía peruana. Después el chef gilmer Bautista y su familia decidieron inmigrar a Miami con la ilusión de traer todos sus conocimientos para emprender a la aventura de abrir su propio restauran. Allí fue donde nació la idea de Micaela Peruvian Cuisine. El concepto de Micaela es servir deliciosos platos típicos del Perú en una manera rápida y eficaz. El plan del chef Gilmer Bautista es deleitarles el paladar a usted y a su familia, llevando a su mesa lo mejor de la cocina peruana.

Chef Gilmer Bautista with over 20 years working with the chef and entrepreneur Marisa Guiulfo. Where he gained experience and knowledge of the exotic food of Peru. The chef Gilmer participated in numerous festivals and toured various countries delighting people with his Peruvian cuisine. Later on, the chef Gilmer Bautista and his family decided to immigrate to Miami with the hope of bringing all his knowledge to undertake the adventure of opening his own restaurant. That's when the idea of Micaela Peruvian Cuisine was born. The concept of Micaela is to serve delicious Peruvian dishes quickly and affordable. The Chef’s plan is to delight you and your family by bringing to your table the best of Peruvian cuisine.
